The Cincinnatian who claims residence in a neighborhood to avoid connections to his city of birth, cozies up with State Senator Shannon Jones who wrote law, (or copied & pasted law) that singled out Cincinnati from any other city in the state to block federal dollars targeted for the city. Chabot has tried acting against the City of Cincinnati on the federal level as well.
