Steve Chabot Threatens Agriculture Exports

Steve Chabot has proposed legislation to eliminate the Market Access Program that reimburses non profit trade organizations for promotional expenses overseas.
While it might fit in with ignorant populist notions of a Spartan fantasy world, the fact is, you have to SELL your product. Chabot's business acumen is appalling.

What Are Steve Chabot's Priorities ?

Steve Chabot, notorious for ignoring and even undercutting the needs of his district & constituents is now hell bent on demanding an apology from the Philippines for killing a Taiwanese fisherman.
Sure, what they did was wrong but what will an apology accomplish and why does the U.S. need to get involved?
Chabot needs to provide for his constituents and not try to run the goram Philippines.
