Steve Chabot, who brags about his frugality and how he drives an ancient gas guzzler & sleeps in his office, has racked up 28 foreign trips. Using the military to jaunt about the planet runs about $10,000/hr.
Meanwhile, the government is in danger of shutting down due to budget woes.

Chabot complaints nothing more than noise
